Has the same accuracy as similar mercury-filled thermometers, but unlike mercury-filled thermometers it is 100% environmentally safe. Includes a multi-language (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish) Statement of Accuracy indicating accuracy traceable to NIST and DKD/PTB.
