The manual IDL-1425 Feed-Wheel Strapping Tensioner is used with a steel (metal) strapping from 3/8 to 3/4 inches wide and up to 0.025 inches thick. Great for securing the heaviest loads such as lumber, pallets, metal billets, ingots, building materials, etc. This banding tool grips and tightens the steel band firmly via tensioning ratchet and feed-wheel. Such a high-tension mechanism allows you to avoid strap sagging and allows for banding a load with minimal effort. Each packaging strapping process consists of three stages: feeding the strap around the package, tensioning, and fastening its ends. This tool is easy to operate and does not require any specialized knowledge or skills. Excellent for indoor or outdoor use.
