IDL Packaging offers a 3/4 inch x 300 feet Steel Strapping Coil of 1700 lbs break strength. The heavy-duty banding material is black steel with great cut and shock resistance. It is perfect for strapping heavy loads like bundling various metals, pavers, and bricks. This versatile material can also be used to secure packaged glass or pipes, as well as lumber during transport. Steel strapping has a high breaking strength making it ideal for industries such as shipping, construction, and mining. Use our portable coils of metal banding for remote jobs, exhibitions, shipping, etc. This strapping material for pallets comes in self-dispensing steel strapping coil that helps avoid tangling and damage. Steel straps offer easy and fast strapping for indoor and outdoor uses. Rounded edges keep the steel banding from cutting into and damaging the product (still, protective gloves are recommended). The steel strapping process combines tensioning, sealing, and cutting. Use the correct tools, such as a tensioner, sealer, and strapping seals, or a multitool such as the IDL MUL-16 or MUL-20 to get the best results. The mini steel strapping coil is made from the same material as standard coils. The only difference is the length.
