Continuous surface sharpens edges much faster than conventional stones. Fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) hones any blade or chisel to a razor-sharp edge. Coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) restores neglected edges. Folding plastic handles protect the whetstone knife sharpener when not in use.
