About Cozmo And Vector Accessories Fork Lift Pallet Loader
Works with Cozmo and Vector Cozmo is fun and it can be much more fun with its easy to switch worktools. Fork lift and pallet will allow you to place parts on a pallet and move it from one location to another just like warehouse and factory. The exciting part though is a bucket.Bucket sure holds material and lets you drive around but its also designed to drop it when arm lifts the bucket. My son wanted material to fall when he lifts the arm so that he can load the bucket, drive it to new location and lift it to unload. I designed just that without adding any motors or electronics but using simple dynamics. The bucket works best if you use grains of rice or beans. Notice in the picture you will see when bucket is lifted all the way up the linkage mechanism rotates it just enough to drop whats loaded. When you lower the arms it brings bucket to ground and allows you to push load it. It loads best when pile is large or you place book behind it to load better. Also, when you drive lift bucket just a little to keep it off ground instead of lifting it half way or all the way up. This will allow you to see with cozmo's camera as well as keep material in the bucket. This means if you want to load a trailer it should be low to ground or below ground or take cozmo on a hill and keep trailer under the hill and drop things in it from top. Includes Fork, Pallet, Bucket attachment - (Does not include Cozmo Robot or any other things may appear in pictures) All parts are plastic PLA and 3d printed at home.
