Package include: 150 pcs Pressure Sensitive Self Adhesive Gasket Foam Seal Color: WhiteSize: 2.7cmMaterial : high quality polystyrene foam How to use: 1. Make sure the seal is slightly bigger than the mouth of the bottle you are sealing!2. Please first wash the top of bottle and lid with hot soapy water then , to get rid of any soap residue or smell. 3 .Then you put the seal in the lid writing side up then carefully line it with the top of the bottle (to make sure it doesn't slip cockeyed) screw the lid on tight and wait 10 minutes or more before removing lid to check the seal
