Various materials of Plates will be deformed to varying degrees after processing , there are four mainly reasons for plate being bent . Reason 1: The degree of wear of the tool ; Reason 2: The upper and lower clearance of the tool ; Reason 3: It is related to the hole diameter and hole distance. The smaller the hole, the denser the spacing, and the worse the flatness. The punching process of the punching needle and the punching plate during CNC punching is equivalent to annealing the plate, so the plate becomes hard and is not easy to flat . Reason 4: What affects the flatness is the edge of the plate. The larger the margin, the worse the flatness .
