This vacuum chamber is not recommended to be used for stabilizing wood and other experiments with volitile compounds, because wood stabilizing resins and volitile compounds are highly corrosive to polycarbonate and acrylic. Thus the lid may crack soon in the wood stabilizing operation. ●Stainless Steel Chamber: Made of high-strength stainless steel, the chamber is good at corrosion resistance, heat and chemical resistance. The high-quality materials can hold a high vacuum for several hours. ●Accurate Gauge: Upon special treatment, the reading is accurate.
