About Carbolite CWF12 Heavy Duty Box Furnace, 1200C, 13.6
These furnaces integrate traditional and modern materials to produce an outstanding combination of performance and reliability. A heavy-gauge heating element with graded winding, and an insulated front vestibule help to compensate for heat loss and optimize temperature uniformity within the chamber. The furnaces REACH working temperature (maximum: 1200°c or 1300°c) quickly and efficiently. Hard-wearing refractories around the chamber entrance and base provide resistance to everyday wear and tear, while secondary insulation ensures maximum thermal efficiency. Operator safety is enhanced through double shell construction producing low temperature outer case, a positive break safety door switch that cuts power when the door is opened, and an easy to operate upward opening door that keeps the hot face away from the operator. Both models feature a Sixteen segment programmable control with each segment capable of ramp (up or down) or dwell (timed soak). two individual LED digital displays simultaneously indicate both actual and set point temperatures. Provides rugged efficiency and long-life performance ideal for multiple heat treating applications achieve optimal temperature uniformity with unique heating module.
