These mechanical convection ovens are perfect for heating and drying applications in research or industrial environments. Featuring the Memmert controlcockpit for quick and intuitive control with simple touch, turn and go operation. Durable construction with a scratch-resistant Structured stainless steel exterior and easy-to-clean corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior. Recessed grips make oven easy to carry and handle and stainless steel door can be changed from left to right side opening. Other features include an internal data logger with a storage capacity of 10 years and an Ethernet interface for uploading and implementing programs and for Online logging. Single display models give the user control and display of device-specific parameters such as temperature, program runtime, fan speed, and air flap position. Versatile menu functions make setting of Language, time zone, daylight savings, and choice between Celsius and Fahrenheit simple and easy. Set point "wait" function guarantees process time does not start until set temperature is reached. Over-temperature system includes an audible and visual alarm, adjustable electronic over temperature monitor, and a mechanical temperature limiter that turns the heating off at approximately 10C above nominal temperature .
