About Thermo Scientific Orion ROSS Ultra Low Maintenance
The Thermo Scientific Orion 8107BNUMD ROSS Ultra triode pH electrode is a gel-filled combination electrode that measures pH and temperature with ATC, has an epoxy body for durability, a glass fiber junction, and a waterproof BNC connection with a 1 m cable and an 8-pin Mini-DIN connector. The 8107BNUMD ROSS Ultra triode is gel-filled for low maintenance, and measures pH and temperature with automatic temperature compensation (ATC). The electrode also has a patented internal reference to mimimize drift and equilibrium time, and a waterproof Bayonet Neill-Concelman (BNC) connection with a 1 m cable and an 8-pin Mini-DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) connector. The Orion Ultra electrodes come with an extended warranty to 24 months, while typical electrode warranties are 3 to 12 months. pH range is 0 to 14 (+ or - 0.01, + or - 0.03 using ATC), temperature range is 0 to 100 degrees C (+ or - 1.0 degree C) and body dimensions are 120 mm long x 12 mm deep, with a 1 m cable. Isopotential point is pH 7. Buffer and storage solutions are sold separately. pH electrodes are used for measuring the acidity or alkalinity of a substance.
