All you need: electrophoresis apparatus and power supply. Dye samples are stable at room temperature. However, if the experiment will not be conducted within one month of receipt, it is recommended that the dye samples be stored in the refrigerator. Dye samples do not require heating prior to gel loading. Ready-to-load Dye samples for electrophoresis: A: Orange, B: Purple, C: Red, D: Blue 1, E: Dye Mixture, F: Blue Dye Mixture (Blue 1 + Blue 2).
