• Synonyms: Potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) ,Potassium iron (III) cyanide. Ammonium iron(III) citrate;Ammonium Ferric Citrate;Citric acid iron ammonium;Ironandammoniumcit-rate;Amonium Iron(III) Citrate Supplement

• Appearance: Potassium Ferricyanide, Dark red crystallization or orange powder, aqueous solution with yellow green fluorescence.Ferric Ammonium Citrate, Green scales or powder.

• Soluble:Potassium Ferricyanide can be soluble in water, acetone, insoluble in ethanol, methyl acetate and liquid nitrogen.Ferric Ammonium Citrate soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether. The pH value of 5% aqueous solution is about 5.0～8.0.

• Application: it is used in the rinse of color film, brown adjustment of black-and-white photos and black-and-white photosensitive materials; It is also used in analytical reagents and indicators.

• Cyanotype Chemicals: Can be DIY Cyanotype, need to be used with ammonium ferric citrate to create sensitizer stock. Printing can be carried out on natural fiber, great for photographers, mixed media artists, printmakers, quilters,etc.
