About DERNORD Rotating Cip Spray Ball 1.5 Inch Tri Clamp

From the Manufacturer DERNORD spray balls are used in the beverage industry to simplify the interior cleaning of the tank and piping. The fermentation or brite tank can be showered 360 degree with high-velocity eater or chemicals on the interior, removing residues, thus ensuring the sterility of the tank. CIP spray balls are not only faster, but significantly safer for workers by removing the need for hand scrubbing and exposure to cleaning agents. The rotating cip spray ball offers 360°cleaning and better coverage like the rotating arm of a dish washer. Stationary spray balls may not provide sufficient impact (pressure applied to the cleaning surface), or if any of the pores happen to clog, particularly in a mash tun or brew kettle, often create a 'dead spot' where manual cleaning is necessary.
