This Brennan PCNY2603 series reducing tee is a nylon push-to-connect fitting that connects three tubes of differing sizes at 90-degree angles. It has push-to-connect tube connections on all three ends. This fitting is made of nylon, which is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking. The fitting is suitable for handling pressures up to 290 pounds per square inch (psi) and has an operating temperature range of -4 to +175 degrees F. This reducing tee fitting meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14743 technical specifications. Tube fittings are components used for connecting, branching, terminating, and changing the direction of tubing in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They are made of brass, stainless steel, PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), and other materials that resist corrosion and wear. Tube fittings have various types of connections, including threaded, welded, barbed, and push-to-connect (also called one-touch). Push-to-connect connections do not require tools or sealants. Tube fittings are used in various applications, including machine tools, airplane and truck controls, and automated production lines, among others. Brennan Industries manufactures critical flow components. The company, founded in 1953 and headquartered in Solon, OH, meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 9001:2008 and its fittings meet Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) specifications.
