The Swiss Safe EMT / EMS Vital Statistics Notebook (3-Pack) Designed for professional first responders in the field, the 70 Sheets (140 Pages) in each notebook provide the perfect tool for recording patient information. Every trained medical professional should carry a notebook in the first aid supplies, whether in your EMT field kit, ambulance, or the hospital. Perfect for med students, paramedics, nurses, lifeguards, police / law enforcement, or other emergency medics. Front and back covers also include useful information such as a Pupil Sizing Gauge with a Glasgow Coma Scale and a Rapid Triage info sheet for multiple patient scenes. Each page has space to record patient name, address, complaint, respiration, pulse, temperature, lung, EKG, medications, allergies, doctor information, exam findings, medical history and extra room for custom notes.
