This will work as a great option for a solar powered fan for a greenhouse, shed, doghouse, or chicken coop. The panel is IP55 (outdoor environment) rated and the fan is IP67 (submersible in water), but the connectors are not. Please protect connectors with tape or other sealant if exposed frequently to elements. This solar assembly can reach 10 watts in direct sunlight (830mA). Must have direct sunlight for power as there is no battery for energy storage while panel is shaded and output may diminish when partially shaded or sun angle changes.
