SEPARATOR CARTRIDGE CHANGE PROCEDURE 1. Stop the machine, electrically isolate and vent all trapped pressure. 2. Loosen separator cartridge with the correct tool. 3. Remove the cartridge from the housing; place it in a sealed bag and dispose of it safely. 4. Clean the mating face of the housing. 5. Remove the new FILME replacement cartridge from its protective package. 6. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the cartridge seal. 7. Screw the new cartridge down until the seal makes contact with the housing, then hand tighten a further half turn. 8. Start the compressor and check for leaks 9.Reset the Maintenance filters kit service warning. For better results, it is recommended to use Ingersoll Rand Ultra Coolant 92692284.
