About Zojirushi 20-Cup (Uncooked) Commercial Rice Cooker
Beautifully constructed with a durable stainless-steel exterior, this 20-cup electric rice cooker and warmer can cook up to 40 servings of great tasting rice--large enough for catering or commercial use. Once the rice is cooked, the unit automatically switches to its "keep warm" mode, which maintains a perfect serving temperature without altering the food's consistency. The rice cooker's inner pan features a water-measuring line for convenient filling, along with a nonstick coating to prevent rice from sticking and to ensure easy cleanup. An extra-large rice spatula is included. The 1300-watt rice cooker and warmer measures 17-1/4 by 17-1/4 by 13-1/2 inches.
