The Kratos 29Y-072 36” wide countertop gas range is the ideal solution for your busy kitchen. This unit features six powerful 25,000 BTU burners for an impressive 150,000 total BTU output. Each burner is independently controlled, enabling you to cook up multiple different menu items simultaneously for added efficiency and versatility. The heavy duty cast iron grates are removable for easy cleaning. Additionally, the 29Y-072 features a removable grease tray, ensuring fast cleanup. This natural gas hot plate can be field converted to liquid propane by a qualified service technician and features a 3/4” rear gas connection. The 36” wide countertop gas range/hot plate is restaurants, diners, food trucks, and more! Available in two additional sizes: 12” wide (Kratos item 29Y-070) and 24” wide (Kratos item 29Y-071).
