About EcoGen Cleaners ECOHDW-GCS Commercial Concentrate
Use EcoGen Hood Degreaser cleaner in self-cleaning, water wash exhaust hood systems to help prevent clogging and scaling of tubes, valves and pumps. EcoGen Hood Cleaner will break down, lift and remove accumulated grease from interior surfaces during the wash cycle. Product can also be used to degrease fry vats, grills, filters and any other greasy restaurant equipment (follow recommended dilutions) found in industrial kitchens. Biodegradable, water based formula is safe for employees and the environment. Unscented. SAFETY: EcoGen Range Hood Cleaner releases no harmful fumes, is safe on skin, non-toxic and non-flammable. HOW TO USE: For use in self-cleaning water wash exhaust hood systems. Add EcoGen Hood Cleaner Concentrate (one quart per gallon of water) to detergent tank for superior cleaning performance. For other degreasing applications, follow recommended dilutions. Rinse untreated aluminum parts (such as filters) with clean water since product may discolor untreated aluminum if product is left on surface.
