3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5590H is a soft acrylic-based pad designed to provide a heat transfer path away from heat generating components. 3M 5590H is suited for applications that require non-silicone properties, the acrylic elastomer is a lower cost elastomer option than silicone and provides lower outgassing than silicone. Thermally Conductive Interface Pads offer good converting for complicated shapes, good flexibility with over bending, and are easily die cut to fit individual applications making them ideal to absorb and redirect heat away from critical parts in such applications a LEDs, automotive batteries, notebooks and thermal modules.
