The leaves are commonly known as "hairy tips?, a name that refers to their slightly dark-green color, straight and delicate edges, and thin and firmly rolled appearance with both ends in a pointed shape. Yunwu Maojian is known for its unique and delicious flavor. When pouring the water into a teacup, color of our Maojian green tea's infusion is yellowish, the aroma will flow into the air and create a peaceful atmosphere. The tea liquor is slightly thick and tastes refreshingly brisk and with a long-lasting aftertaste. Maojian tea is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. These include improved focus, fat loss and many other impressive benefits. How to brew maojian green tea? Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp maojian tea, pour small amount of boiling water into the tea pot and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping. After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover tea pot for 1-2 minutes before serving.
