There will be a tiny gap on each side,so the fabric width will be at least 1.5 inch smaller total. That is, fabric width is 26.1 inch.

[ Outside Mounting ] Lower requirements than inside mount. Blind width need to be 3-6 inch wider than window width,to avoid gaps. And the blind length need to be at least 6 inch longer than window length, to make sure to cover the entire window.
