The width and height could be customized in variety of different sizes beside these size listed. All curtains have been hemmed on both sides and bottom to give it a more professional look. Note1: (Track Hardware Not Included) Note2: The top-mesh is required by U.S. fire code NFPA701 to be 70% open 20 vertical down from the bottom of the sprinkler head. There are two reasons for that: (1) In the event the fire sprinkler is activated the 70% open requirement is that the water from the sprinkler head, as you clearly see in the photo, must be able to penetrate the top-mesh and put out any fire. (2) If patient is laying in bed and the fire alarm is activated the patient must have a clear view of the exit sign in the room. 70% open factor is what every Fire Marshal requires "
