Keep the thermopile heated in the 1/3 of the head location, Don't heat the back place to heater brass sleeve. 2 Because of High Resistance inside, The thermopile need around 1-2 minutes to be heated and increase to at least 750mV ( our reset voltage is around 800-900mV) 3.Do not take it off untill you heated it around 2 minutes 4.Do not bend the fireplace thermopile too hard on the crimped part and inside wires or it may cause short circuit and low voltage problem
