Leave everything else in your cabinet. Just pull out the OXO Good Grips Prep & Go Container with Colander and you can rinse, strain, and store your favorite fruit or veggies—all in one vessel. Take a heaping handful of strawberries, for example. Use the removable basket to rinse them under the faucet, strain them over the sink, and then nest it right inside the container to keep the berries up and out of their own juices. As much as the basket is the star here, the lid shines too: It’s leakproof, thanks to a silicone gasket and locking clips, and features a see-through window. For a secure seal, press firmly in the middle of the lid, then engage the latches; you'll hear air being released as you press the lid down. Once you’ve released all the air, lock the latches on the side of the container to seal. To replace the gasket, press the four corners down, then press the rest of the gasket into place, ensuring the gasket is pressed down fully and evenly. OXO Prep and Go Containers stack neatly on top of each other for efficient and tidy storage either in the fridge or in your cabinets.
