The Cheese Vault by CapaBunga is the ideal solution for storing your artisan cheeses. Cheese experts agree that storing cheese in wrap is the worst possible solution because cheese needs to breathe, reducing excess moisture. It is brilliantly simple to use – just put the cheese inside, put the lid on top, and store in the refrigerator! The Cheese Vault is made of food-grade and the innovative design wicks away excess moisture which extends freshness. It comes with a removable divider; when inserted, easily store two smaller pieces of cheese, keeping each piece separated, fresh and tasty without co-mingling flavors. The lid has a snug fit, so odors won’t get in or out. For added convenience, use a ball point pen to write the cheese name and date on the polished end of the container and wipe it off when needed. The Cheese Vault measures 6” L x 4” W x 3.5” H. It is completely dishwasher; we suggest scrubbing out the corners to be sure all crumbs are removed.
