The Open Country Gardenmaster Digital Dehydrator, Model FD-1022SK, provides you with a fast and powerful way to make delicious and healthy dehydrated food for camping, hiking or food storage. It features 1000-watts of drying power, a quiet 2,400 RPM motor that circulates air down the exterior pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each individual tray, converging in the center of the dehydrator so each tray receives its own supply of fresh, dry air. This exclusive Open Country dehydrator design prevents flavor-sharing and produces even drying without tray rotation. The thermostat is adjustable from 95° to 160°F and allows you to set precise temperature and drying time for consistent results. Opaque case and tray construction blocks light, preserving all nutrients in your foods. As needs grow, this four-tray unit can be expanded up to 20 trays. Trays and screens clean easily and are all dishwasher-safe.
