Description Distributing your grounds is one of the first and most basic steps in creating that perfect espresso brew. By evenly pushing the grounds and leveling them, one greatly lessens channeling, which affects how evenly water passes through the grounds. The Normcore Gravity Distributor Tool uses the natural force of gravity to self-calibrate - adjusting itself to the ideal level in the puck before using its chisel / v blade base to cleanly even out the grounds in a few turns. Finished in a sophisticated matte black, this design includes a top made of a solid piece of walnut wood from America as a striking, tactile accent.
