About Rocky Balboa 12" Large Statue Reproduction
To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the movie Rocky, A. Thomas Schomberg and MGM Studios have produced replica statues of the original movie prop made for Rocky III. The Philadelphia Museum of Art is known around the world for its superb collection of art and its outstanding architecture; however it is also known for the role it played in the famous scene of the original Rocky film and sequels. Schomberg's sculpture was placed at the foot of the Museum's East Stairs in September 2006. This replica is cast in resin and hand-painted. The height is measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the gloves. Brand new in mint condition and original box.
