NOTE: **PLEASE USE HIGH QUALITY HELIUM TO FILL YOUR CONFETTI BALLOONS** Cheaper, low grade helium does not have enough power to keep the balloons floating for more than a couple of hours. Also, please inflate to the FULL 18 inches. Confetti Balloon Tips: Please use approximately 90% helium and 10% air. Inflate your balloon most of the way full with helium, then finish it off with a puff of air. Having a little oxygen in your balloon will enable the confetti to hold static & it will stick to the sides more easily! Once your confetti-filled balloon is inflated, create some really good static by rubbing the balloon quickly with a piece of fleece. (Hair, carpeting, or faux fur work too.) Please note that how well the confetti sticks is dependent on conditions like humidity & temperature, but creating static will help combat these conditions! Additionally, a TINY bit of regular water, sugar water, or hairspray (so it is sticky) can be added to the balloon when you are blowing it up. This will also encourage the confetti to stick; however there may be some streaking on the inside of the balloon. Please note: Hi-Float is NOT recommended for the confetti balloons UNLESS you hold the confetti separately while rubbing the hi-float around the balloon .
