It is made of polycarbonate for resistance to detergent, stains, acids, and breakage, and has a black color-coded dot and lettering for visual identification of the spoon's capacity. This portion control spoon has a flat bottom for spreading sauces and toppings. It is suitable for temperatures up to 212 degrees F, withstands dry heat up to 270 degrees F, is dishwasher-safe, and meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment.
