It will not crack, burn, melt or stain. Scraper head is heat resistant to 650 F (343 C) and will not burn or melt. Can be used in cookware on stovetop. Scraper head will not crack, split or permanently stain. Wash prior to first use; dishwasher safe. For stubborn stains, make a paste of dishwashing crystals and water. Spread paste over stained area; let set for approximately 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Safeguard Do not leave in pan when burner is on.
