After having been in business for almost 100 years, we know a thing or two about manufacturing durable oz scales. Each of our scales that weigh in grams is built right here in the USA with incredibly durable material. In addition, we use high-quality stainless steel to manufacture our 10" x 9" removable platters to ensure this g scale goes the distance. Not to mention, each PS-20 operates on either 6 AA batteries (not included) or AC power (through the included AC Adapter) and includes an auto-shut-off feature that deactivates the scale after four minutes of inactivity.
