PLEASE NOTE: The handle is located inside the body of the mill during shipment. Please remove the nut and cap to locate the handle within. To assemble, replace the cap, fit the crank handle on the shaft, and tighten the nut.

The Pepper Mill - A solid brass body coupled with a steel grinding mechanism is designed to cleave the pepper rather than smash the peppercorns to maximize flavor and aroma of the pepper. The Salt Mill - As beautiful as it is functional the salt mill is designed with nylon sleeves. This makes them suitable to grind course sea salt in to fine ground salt without the corrosion that results when salt comes in to contact with metal.
