PERFECT DOSA PAN: To make delicious dosa, preheat this tawa on medium heat. Add oil and a piece of onion to give your dosa a crispy texture and to keep it from sticking to the pan. Add your batter. As it cooks, add oil on and around the dosa to lift the edges from the pan for perfect dosa every time.

The Victoria cast iron Dosa pan is suitable for cooking in: induction, ceramic, campfire, grill, oven, & more. Our cast iron pans are so beautiful you will love taking it straight from oven to table. NOTE: Seasoned cast iron does not have chemical coatings. It is seasoned with just baked oil. The packaging includes THOROUGH instructions on how to maintain the seasoning. Hand wash with mild dish soap and warm water. Dry completely using a lint-free towel, never air dry.
