About Polder Safe Serve Digital Instant Read Thermometer

Polder's Safe-Serve Digital Instant Read Thermometer offers six preset, USDA recommended safety temperatures for meat type and taste. One additional open, customizable setting can be set to your own desired temperature. The large, angled display is easy to read in either Fahrenheit or Celsius degrees. A rust-resistant stainless steel probe with thin tip leaves a smaller puncture hole when sampling food temperature. The thermometer includes an on/off button to extend the life of the battery. Temperature range of 32°F to 212°F (0°C to 100°C).
