Please be careful when you using this vegetable slicer because the blade is really sharp. The slicer must be away from child. How to change the blade: 1.Grab the green handle to pull it open. Screw off the screws which is on the back of push block. 2. Change the new one and screw in firmly to frame. 3. Screw off three SS Wing Nut which is on the blade. 4.
