DESIGN: This fine mesh cocktail strainer, otherwise known as tea sieve, is bar and kitchen tool necessities. Designed with a cone-shaped fine sieve for funneled flow of liquids, makes it easy to filter drinks, while keeping it safe from spilling. With a hook that allow it to perch securely over glasses and mixing bowls for hands-free use. It have a heat-safe handle, not easy to tip over on large-diameter containers.

OPERATION: Attach your main Hawthorne strainer or Julep strainer to the cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Then hold the fine mesh cocktail strainer by its handle over the rim of your glass. Pour the drink through the main strainer and the fine strainer into your glass. The large particles, such as ice or chunks of fruit are caught by the primary strainer while anything that comes through it will be caught by your secondary mesh. Enjoy your perfectly smooth cocktail.
