Half or quarter cut a handful of small produce at one time with one or two slices. Quickly cut cherry tomatoes, grapes, pitted cherries and Olives. Slice Carrots, small Squash, pickles and English Cucumbers. For best results use a serrated knife. Fill slicer, position knife in side slots and slice, guiding knife down to white, knifeboard. One slice for halves or two for quarters. Securely hold fruit inside by squeezing the flexible walls. Cut all the way down to white knife board. Then use the knife board to push out the cut pieces.
