About Yoshikawa Beijing Black Steel Wok 36cm/14in
Yoshikawa Lifestyle Company includes Yukihira pots and lids, EAtCO Japanese style gadgets for cooking and serving and classic black steel woks and frying pans. The pots and lids are made of 18/10 stainless steel with a hammered finish and the pots have removable wood handles. These traditional Japanese cooking vessels having pouring lips on both sides. The classic black steel features a special heat treatment that creates a rust-resistant, non-coated anti-stick surface. All products made in Japan.
