MAINTENANCE TIPS New Pan Maintenance: Please remove the packing material and all the tags, clean with detergent or hot water, apply a thin layer of oil or other grease. Spatula Selection: Please use a silicone spatula, wooden spatula or other soft heat resistant spatula. Don't use sharp or metal spatula. Heat Levels: The non-stick pan have a rapidly heating up, just use low heat or medium heat. Food Selection: Please stir-fry bones, shells and clawed foods less. Cleaning: Please use warm water. Use cold water when the pan cool down. NOTE While the pan is empty, heating is not allowed! It is not allowed to clean the pan with coarse side of cleaning sponge or steel wool! It is not allowed to clean the pan with cold water when it is still hot!
