This Sauté' Pan is made of 21 gauge stainless steel. It will not pit, discolor or carry flavor over from dish to dish. Large radius corners in the bottom of the pan minimize food waste and are easy to clean. The bottom of the pan is clad in aluminum to provide superior heat distribution that heats the pan quickly. Perfect for stir-frying, quick-stewing and poaching. Comes with 6-quart capacity. Measures 11-inch diameter by 3-1/2-inch depth.
