Our smaller 10” x 14” Hybrid Roasting Pan has all the features and benefits of our larger roaster but with a smaller footprint ideal for smaller cuts of meat and poultry. Features a nonstick rack for easier cleaning that allows air to circulate around the food for more even cooking.

Use your HexClad cookware on any home cooktop or stovetop, including induction. Every piece is also scratch-resistant, dishwasher-friendly, and oven-safe up to 900°F. (Tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400°F, while stainless steel lids are oven-safe up to 900°F.)
