Wash rice, put it in the clay pot, add water to the line inside, or add from 6.76oz to 7.44oz/200cc to 220cc of water for 2cups and from 13.52oz to 14.9oz/400cc to 440cc of water for 3cups and soak it in water for at least 15min. 2. Heat up with middle flame till steam comes out of the hole on the lid. 3. Then turn down the flame very low and keep it with very low flame for approx. 6min. for 2cups and approx. 8min. for 3cups. 4. Turn off the flame and wait for 20 to 30min.
