Wash rice, put it in the clay pot, add water to the water line inside or add from 13.52 oz to 14.9oz/400cc to 440cc of water for 2 cups and from 20.28 oz to 21.63oz/600cc to 640cc of water for 3cups, and soak it in water for 20 to 30min. 2. Heat up with middle flame till steam comes out of the hole on the lid. 3. Then turn down the flame very low and keep it with very low flame for approx. 8min. for 2cups and approx. 10min. for 3cups. 4. Turn off the flame and wait for 20 to 30min.
