The stainless steel core is coated by matte black ceramic which adds to its strength and sharpness. The 5”/12 cm scalloped cutting edge is optimally built for effortless slicing of all meat cuts, whatever your preference, medium, well-done or rare. The ceramic is rust-resistant, easy to clean and has unique non-stick properties. The easy-clean theme is extended to the classically simple rubberised non-slip handle which will not swell or warp like traditional wooden handled knives.
