Set includes two knives and a gift box. This Laguiole style steak knife has a 4" continuous edge blade, clipped point style, with a stainless steel front bolster and a thumb support, and a triple riveted handle made gray synthetic polymer. The continuous edge blade (non-serrated) makes smooth and neat cuts, which improves the meat tasting experience. This characteristic is specially important in medium to thick meat cuts. Good option for a steak lover and as a gift. Technical Specifications Blade is 4" long and 3/32” thick (2.4 mm), full tang; and made of SS 420 stainless steel (0.15% carbon, 12% chromium), which is durable, corrosion resistant and ensures a long lasting sharpness. Hardness is 56-59 RC. Handle is made of a translucent green methacrylate polymer. It has a front bolster with thumb support, and handle is triple-riveted. Four handle colors are available: gray, green, white and blue. There's also a similar design with olive wood handle. Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or hand-washing is recommended. Limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
