Ice-hardened tapered blades deliver strength and durability, while the heft of the full-tang combined with the bolster provides weight and rigidity for safety, balance and optimal cutting performance. The handles are crafted with a specially formulated polycarbonate, which is injection-molded directly on to the tang and around the pre-set solid stainless-steel rivets. This eliminates any gaps or crevices for food to accumulate– prolonging the life and beauty of the knives. The handles are ergonomically designed to provide a firm, comfortable grip.
